Kayaking courses in the local swimming pool: basic kayaking skills, paddling techniques and safety instruction (capsize and self-recovery, or with the aid of a comrade).
Kayaking courses at sea: Paddle technique, navigation, safety and rescue drills. Rental and sale of sea kayaks and equipment.
Lars Olsson, the course and tour leader has 15 years experience of sea kayaking and is a licensed NIL instructor (Nordic Instructor License for sea kayaking).
